What are friends for, anyway, if not to mock you? (and by "you" I mean "me")

Friend Julie V. dressed young Piper in some new and stylin' shoes. Doesn't she look happy?

And yes, she (Julie) did it with me in mind. She (Piper) no doubt loathes me now. Sorry Piper.
